REFERENCE LETTER FOR MR E
Dear Sir/Madam
Mr E has been with our company for many years which speaks volumes of his consummate courage under fire and his ability to weather many storms. This is also testament to his thorough understanding of labour laws which in turn highlights his efforts outside of our office and even into the moonlight hours. Mr E is extremely thorough when preparing for hearings and meetings and will often think outside of the box and engage in the services of external advisors and even legal teams should he deem it necessary. Communication is Mr E’s strongest point and he will go above and beyond what is expected to ensure that news reaches every member of staff, even those not involved in initial engagements are made to feel included. Mr E is an extremely sociable person and can often be seen engaging with other employees in the open plan environment. A natural leader, Mr E regularly assembles employees for discussions and delights in controlling the informal chat group sessions. A cunning linguist by nature, Mr E is fluent in a plethora of local languages and can be heard from afar switching between them with ease. Mr E is a meticulous planner and his leave forms for the entire year are always submitted well in advance. Mr E follows instruction to a fault and while he may fall short of target on the odd consecutive months, he never exceeds it, such is the discipline of the man. While product knowledge has not been a strong point, delegation has always made up for any shortcomings and failing which, his generous nature often sees him selflessly passing difficult customers on to fellow representatives to help them reach their targets. To use a meaningful analogy, Mr E has been a meal that has kept the body of our company full for many a year, spicy on the palate with a unique digestibility and long lasting aftertaste. Though he arrived with all the complexity of a well-rounded meal, the time has now come for him to leave this body, as all meals do. We wish Mr E the best with his future employment and we wish his future employers good luck.
I wholeheartedly urge you to employ Mr E, I implore you to give him a chance to be on your payroll, and without reservation or prejudice, and I beg you to do it immediately.
Signed
